On the fly, yes. I also run a video production company in Charlotte. I'm finding that the best way for me to learn is to put myself in completely unfamiliar territory with no compass, just my intuition and people I can call (sort of like "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire"). So far, I've been able to find my way back to civilization. :-)
I am looking forward to talking to you about your doc. We are in the final stages of production on our one-hour doc and I'm just starting the money dance. I had a two hour consult with Morrie Warshawski, who wrote Shaking the Money Tree," specifically for filmmakers. It was money well spent. More on all this later when we meet and talk.
